To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
However, this limitation shall not apply where the damage results from the Operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability cannot otherwise be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Even where the Operator is liable, to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law, the Operator’s liability shall be limited to ordinary and direct damages.
12. Age Ratings and Use by Minors

Unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law, any dispute relating to the Services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator as the court of first instance.
